About the company
USA Pulltabs, based in Wisconsin, specializes in producing and wholesaling lottery tickets
(scratch cards) and collectible baseball
cards.
The company actively collaborates with participants of baseball competitions, organizing raffles
of autographed memorabilia among its customers. Additionally, USA Pulltabs offers innovative
solutions for selling lottery tickets through specialized
vending machines , enhancing accessibility to their services.
Task assigned to Asabix
Developing robust web platform to address the inefficiency of data management in Excel
spreadsheets among USA Pulltabs employees and clients.
Our approach
We developed an optimal cloud-based solution from scratch, incorporating automated
processes, intricate business logic, a multi-level role structure, standardized inventory
management, and a customizable notification system.

Stages of development

A series of meetings with the client were conducted to gain a deep understanding of all business requirements and needs.

The niche and competitors were thoroughly analyzed, and the business specifics of the client were deeply studied to make optimal decisions during the development process.

Based on the collected data, a technical specification was drafted, and a prototype of the system was developed to refine the functionality and appearance of the platform.

A unique design for the web application was created, considering each section and selecting an optimal color scheme to enhance the user experience.

The implementation of the technical specification took into account both backend and frontend aspects to ensure the complete functionality of the system.

Testing of the developed system was carried out, followed by adjustments and improvements to ensure its stable and effective operation.

Training was provided to the client on the use of the web application, taking into account all aspects of its functionality and capabilities.

Order module:
- Customers can create orders by selecting a carrier, date, desired items, delivery location, and other details.
- The list of orders includes all necessary filters, export functions, and the ability to navigate to pages such as ‘show’, ‘edit’, and others.
- The administrator can interact with orders, assemble items, change their statuses, and perform other actions.
Invoice module:
- The total amount of the invoice consists of various components, such as the cost of the goods, delivery, taxes, discounts, and other factors.
- The invoice can be paid either as a one-time payment or in installments.
- Payment can be made online through the connected payment system or other available methods.
- There is an option to sign invoices on a tablet when the courier receives a cash payment.
Products module
A comprehensive approach to inventory
management provides the ability to:
- Receive goods at the warehouse.
- Transfer goods between warehouses.
- Conduct inventory.
- Add items to the ‘damaged’ status.
- Create returns and also can write off goods.
- All operations are recorded and compiled into a report.
