SkladUSA is an American-Ukrainian company that simplifies the process for entrepreneurs from Ukraine and the EU to sell their products on global marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others.
The company offers a full range of logistic services, including shipping, storage, and handling of goods at warehouses in the USA, as well as payment processing.
The main services of SkladUSA:
  • Consolidated orders - consolidation involves the simultaneous processing of a large quantity of goods, significantly saving time, money, and effort in shipping.
  • Express delivery to any country in the world with discounts from carriers.
  • Acceptance of payments via PayPal and credit cards.
  • Funds can be transferred in dollars without conversion to bank accounts and Payoneer accounts.
  • FBM Fulfillment - clients can store, package, and ship products to customers using the company's services.
  • FBA Prep-Center - the ability to sell your products on Amazon with the help of an FBA prep center.
  • Processing returns.
Process description
The company ASABIX has provided technical support for the SkladUSA project for several years, using the Symfony (Sonata) framework.
Due to high project load, the desire to create an entirely new design, and the need to implement new functionality, the client tasked ASABIX with relaunching the project with a new structure and design, using the latest versions of the Laravel+VueJS technology stack.

Products:
  • Creating products.
  • Keeping track of product quantities: receiving, deducting, and disposing of products.
  • Ability to reserve products for orders and track the quantity of products currently in transit to the warehouse.
  • Logging all operations related to the movement of products within the warehouse.
  • Inventory management.
  • Automatic assignment of UPC codes to products.
  • Automatic label generation.
  • Product scanning capability.
  • Invoicing for a specific storage period of the product in the warehouse.
  • Product relocation.
  • Storage of products on shelves, in rows, and in compartments.
Finance:
  • Ability to accept payments through PayPal, Authorize.net, and Braintree (including Google Pay and Apple Pay) to your account within the system, taking into account payment system fees and general or user-specific fees of SkladUSA.
  • Money transfer to any direction: bank card, private entrepreneur, Payoneer, Wise, and others.
  • Developed modules for receiving payments and orders from WooCommerce, OpenCart, and Shopify.
  • Reports and accounting.
  • Ability to process full or partial refunds via PayPal.
  • Users can file complaints with PayPal. Funds will be frozen in the account during the issue resolution.
  • Invoicing and bill deduction.
DHL, FedEx, USPS, APC, DPD, GLS, PostNL, and others
Customers can generate shipping documents for any courier service directly within the system's dashboard, obtaining the shipment cost, tracking number, and accompanying documents. Additionally, users have the option to request a doorstep courier pickup.
Amazon, Ebay, Etsy
The API of the three largest marketplaces is integrated. Each client has the ability to receive orders from any marketplace into their account and, based on this, create shipments. After processing the shipment by the SkladUSA team, tracking numbers will be automatically added to the marketplace order via the API.
Etsy:
  • The ability to create, delete, and edit Etsy listings through the API within the SkladUSA account.
  • Importing listings from Etsy through the SkladUSA account into WooCommerce and OpenCart stores.
Statistics:
  • Parcel tracking.
  • Display of problematic shipments (those in transit for more than 14 days).
  • Delivery statistics over time (using various carriers during different periods).
General Functionality:
  • Balance.
  • Users can create sub-users.
  • Shipping calculator.
  • Creation and connection of stores.
  • The ability to send SMS.
  • Promo codes.

ORDER FROM WAREHOUSE
Users can create shipments from a warehouse and select the following options:
  • Add the product and choose the warehouse from which they want to ship.
  • Specify the dimensions or choose from ready-made profiles that the client can create in advance.
  • There is an option to add an engraving option on the products.
  • If the country requires payment of tax, you can indicate whether VAT has been paid and this will affect the invoice for the order.
  • The ability to choose a carrier from the list of those that the system will automatically offer according to the selected country of the recipient of the order.
  • The ability to choose an insurance option for your shipment.
  • The user can choose the type of packaging, add a gift card and other additional details.

  • The sender can be either the user themselves or the SkladUSA company.
  • For FedEx, there is the option to generate additional documents such as the Hazardous Materials Law Certification and Drop Ball Certification (required for products like food, utensils, wood, cosmetics, etc.).
  • The option to insure the shipment.
  • Receiving the shipping cost, tracking number, labels, and proforma invoice.
Calculator
Users can enter the destination and dimensions of the parcel, and the system will determine available carriers and calculate the cost.
