SkladUSA, an American-Ukrainian company, streamlines the process of selling goods on international marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
SkladUSA provides a comprehensive range of logistics services, including shipping, storage, warehouse handling, and payment acceptance.
The primary services offered by SkladUSA include:
  • Consolidated orders: simultaneous processing of a large volume of goods, saving time and money.
  • Express delivery worldwide with special carrier discounts.
  • Online payment acceptance through PayPal and credit cards.
  • Dollar transfers without the need for a bank account or Payoneer conversion.
  • FBM Fulfillment enables customers to store, pack, and ship goods to buyers using the company's services.
  • FBA Prep-Center allows sellers to sell their goods on Amazon.
  • Returns processing: inspection, warehouse returns, or preparation for resale.
Process description
For several years, Asabix has been delivering technical support for the SkladUSA project utilizing the Symfony (Sonata) framework.
However, in light of the increased workload, a desire for a fresh design approach, and the necessity to integrate new features, the client opted to reboot the project using the latest versions of the Laravel and Vue.js technology stack. The choice of both frameworks is based on their development ease, performance benefits, and extensive feature sets, which will simplify future project maintenance.

  • Quantitative accounting of goods: receipt, write-off, utilization.
  • Reservation of goods for orders and tracking products in transit to the warehouse.

Financial module:
  • Acceptance of payments via PayPal, Authorize.net, and Braintree, including Google Pay and Apple Pay, taking into account the fees of payment systems and general or personal fees of the SkladUSA user.
  • Transfer of money to any of the following ways: bank card, private entrepreneur, Payoneer, Wise, and others.
  • Developed modules for accepting payments and orders from WooCommerce, OpenCart, and Shopify.
  • Statements and accounting accounting.
  • The possibility of full or partial refunds through PayPal.
  • Creation of scars in PayPal and freezing of cash on the account for the hour of solving the problem.
  • Charging and debiting of debit accounts.
Delivery logistics (DHL, FedEx, USPS, APC, DPD, GLS, PostNL, etc.)
Customers can effortlessly generate documents for shipments using any service directly within the system interface. They receive postage prices, tracking numbers, and all necessary related documents instantly. Additionally, customers have the option to request courier services to their doorstep.
Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy)
The integration of Amazon, eBay, and Etsy's APIs allows customers to efficiently manage orders from three different marketplaces through a single unified interface in SkladUSA. Once the SkladUSA team processes the shipment, track numbers are automatically updated on the corresponding order within the marketplace via API.
Etsy listing management
Manage Etsy listings by creating, deleting, and editing them via API directly from your SkladUSA account, and import listings from Etsy to WooCommerce and OpenCart stores for seamless business management.
Analytics and statistics
Parcel tracking, including identification of problematic shipments in transit for over 14 days. Provision of convenient delivery statistics for various carriers over different periods.

Users can create shipments from the warehouse and choose from the following options:
  • Select the specific warehouse where the goods will be sent.
  • Choose the carrier company from the available options.
  • Specify product dimensions or select pre-defined profiles created by the customer.
  • Opt for engraving on the goods, if desired.
  • If applicable, decide on the VAT payment based on the country's tax requirements, which may impact the order total.
  • Select the type of insurance for the shipment.
  • Choose the packaging type, include a gift card, and provide any additional details needed.

  • The sender can be either the user themselves or the SkladUSA company.
  • For FedEx, there is the option to generate additional documents such as the Hazardous Materials Law Certification and Drop Ball Certification (required for products like food, utensils, wood, cosmetics, etc.).
  • The option to insure the shipment.
  • Receiving the shipping cost, tracking number, labels, and proforma invoice.
Calculator
Users can enter the destination and dimensions of the parcel, and the system will determine available carriers and calculate the cost.
