Managers kept a record of clients in an Excel table, invoices for clients were edited in Word, entering data there by hand. Payroll accounting, purchases from suppliers were also carried out in Excel spreadsheets, which did not create problems at the first stages of work.
Points to Fix
With the expansion of the service station, the customer realized that managers simply lose information, do not have time to enter it into tables and often make mistakes. A decision was made to automate the process.

Forming an invoice for a client, while a client can be selected from the list, or you can enter a new one and it will be added to the list of “clients” automatically.
The manager attaches the document to the master, for reporting and automatic payroll at the end of the month. Pdf invoices for printing are automatically generated.
